Ways to use Box

Box is available via the Web for your desktop, and mobile devices including Android, iPhone and iPad. With it, you can securely store files and folders, with unlimited storage space. Sharing small, even large files is simple via custom URL or password-protected link. Control access to content by setting how people view and access files, setting link expiration dates, and adding and remove access permissions .

You can access content across all of your devices, and take the work offline. Once you’re back online, any changes or revisions will automatically be updated in Box. Files can be viewed and previewed while online, without having to download any files. Box automatically saves the latest version of your file whenever you make edits or upload a new version. Previous versions are saved too.

With Box Mobile, you can access documents, securely share files and, as with the desktop versions, save files for offline access. Box Mobile allows you to shoot photo and video on your mobile device and upload it directly to Box. Box Mobile allows for integration with Rutgers-approved third party apps for Apple and Android Devices.
